Its hard to pull my foreskin back when i have an erection, is this normal?

And when i do pull it back with an erection it kinda hurts a little. And also it wont stay back all the way, it'll try go back and cover the head. Ive only recently become sexually active(although i havent had sex yet, me and my girl having been doing other things though) and so i never pulled back my foreskin with and erection b4. Is it just a case of doing it more and more and eventually things will loosen up??? When my girl gives me oral with my foreskin back the exposed head is very sensitive, i really, really feel it. Again is this normal? Also, do you need to pull back your foreskin to put on a condom?

You never said how old you are! So I can't really say if you are old enough for sex. What I would say as a good rule of thumb for being old enough is....Can you afford to take care of a baby if an accident should happen and she gets pregnant? Or do you think you have experienced life enough so that if you get HIV and die in 15 years you can say you lived a full life? (ask yourself that before anything)
I don't know a hell of a lot about male problems since I'm a chick but what I do know is that my friend had to have surgery to get the skin cut a bit to make it not so tight cause it was causing pain.
Its going to be more sensitive cause its not normally touched or exposed, just like your hands are not as sensitive as lets say your face or other parts of your body that are not touched as often.

When you take your shower each day, put soap on your hand and gently force the foreskin back. When it is clean it shouldn't be hard to make it go back. Keep it very clean to guard against infection.
