ml/kg/day TO ml/hr
how can this be possible
but if it is
ml/day TO ml/hr then we multiply it by 24
and if it is
ml/kg/day TO ml/g/hr then we multiply it by 24000
as 1kg = 1000g and 1day = 24hr

Find out how much the patient/subject mass in kg is : this is Mpatient
if X is your volume per day for 1kg of patient mass (in ml/kg/day) multiply by Mpatient and divide by 24. This gives the number of ml per hour that should (or is being) supplied to something of mass Mpatient.

firstly your question doesn't make sense. at all. so im going to assum you mean "ml/day to ml/hr", "kl/day to ml/hr" (kg doesn't work in this case as grams are different units to litres)
to work out ml/day to ml/hr, simply times ml by 24. note that the units are the same, so there is no need for conversion. also, but there are 24 hrs in a day, thus when we convert, the ml would need to be multiplied by 24.
to work out kl/day ro ml/hr, convert kl to ml by multplying it by 1000000 (or convert it to litre firt (x1000) then to ml (x1000)). then convert the time by multiplying by 24 (reason above). after then simply it so that the hr is one.
e.g.
covert 24kl/day to ml/hr
24kl=24000000ml
day=24hr
24000000ml/24hr
=1000000ml/hr
