please add a bit more information to your question, because your question has been asked all over this planet. If you need information on real estate in Australia I can help you. Because I have friends in the business. If you don't live here I am sorry I cant help you.

First, I assume you are in the US. Go to a Real Estate office and speak to the Broker in charge. They can tell you what your states requirements are. Then ebroll in a school, pass the course, take your license exam, pass that and then find an office to work out of.
It's a great career. Now is a good time to start. The market is a little slow and that is the best time to learn the ropes. Be able to support yourself for a while before you get your first check. Good Luck

Go to your community college and take the real estate course!

You will be surprised at the amount of math and legal questions you will have to answer!
