I worked with many people early on. That was a good thing. I got to see many techniques and styles, some of which were good and bad. I took what I could use and left the rest. I also know people that were just thrown in the back and told to go to work. They struggled at first, but stuck with it and got better over time. I suggest working with as many people as possible and doing as many cases as possible. Seminars are good places to learn too.

This is just a wild guess but I don't think many people have enbalming tutors. I have been unhappy with tutors who did not explain things in easily understood terms and did not like to be asked to simplify the concepts.
