the moles of KOH 5.98/56 = 0.107 moles
the molarity of the solution : 0.107/0.250 = 0.427M

the moles of KOH in 27mL of the solution 0.427 * 0.027 = 0.011529 moles
the final molarity : 0.011529/0.1 = 0.11529 M
