Sit ups & tummy crunches on a daily basics. No more junk food or fast food eat right. That worked for me after my c-sections.

first of all, u need to watch your diet. Aerobics & Gym, lots of ab exercise does help.

you will use some belt like thing you didn't use it. consult doctor she may suggest u some thing preferable.
