- I read it first about 3-4 years ago (an early edition) - I read it again 6 months ago (a latter edition) - I think it was very encouraging, but the first time I felt it a little outdated, since it talked about people or places that don't exist anymore. But I liked the fact it recognized that Carnegie didn't invent anything new, but tapped our backs to remember us the "old good principles" we all know but never apply. Personal stories are most adecuate for each subject and give a big plus to the quality of the book
