Not yet till now but it is developing about 90% of people in India r using cell phones and India stands 2nd in place in usage of cell phones and it is not developed in politics where every person in village is suffering with lack of water or with some or the other problem and people r thinking as a burden to plant trees and they r also cutting down the trees which r been planted by this problems r increasing but not decreasing if these problems r solved then i will proudly say that my India is a developing country, (BY THE WAY PLEASE CHECK UR SPELLINGS BABE) OK ......bye.

1:india stand second in cellphone users
2:india stand first using of computers in "education side"
3:indian steel stand first in world market
4:india is an first country to select the scientist as an president
5:india pocess all latest technology in all sites in industies, in colleges etc
6;why scientists in banglore has designed an samallest IC chip in the world
on seeing on the corruption side also india is developing then what doubt india is developing

Yes of course India is developing very fast. But it still has long way to go as it has mass population which is uneducated and below poverty line.
Also another war with corruption........AAmir khan and his friends alone cannot do this. Youth of India should join them..........only then we will have a real developed INDIA

ya India is really developing. you can see that every one having cell phone.you can also notice that our government make compulsory education for all children. if we follow regularly, India develop before 2020
