Court records are not available online because the courts will have no more income if its free.

Some courts have information online for free, some have it for a fee and some do not have it online at all. You need to visit the website for that court.

Federal courts have a service called PACER that allows you to download documents for a nominal fee. You have to register for an account at the website I've listed below.

Most of the courts I deal with some some limited information online for free. You just have to look at the court's website for more information.
