You didnt give the age of your son. That would have helped alot. If he is a younger child say 6-12 I dont think he will get in trouble but some counselling could be ordered, if he is older than that it could be considered sexual abuse and he may be in some trouble. Best of luck to you and him.

He could be in trouble if the girl or her family decides to press charges against him. Depending on the age it's tricky. After about the age of 8 and over it gets taken increasingly serious.

not if the girl consented. all though he is under age he hasn`t done any thing wrong i.e raped her. but if she calls the police and says he done it with out her consent then he will get a warning as he is still at school he wont get much of a punishment more like a slapped wrist.

Whether the girl complained or the people who passed by noticed. If it is inside the school premises, ofcourse he will hanged for the crime. If it is outside, police will deal with him with their soft fists!!!

Not sure. I would call it assault. Maybe even sexual assault. I hope you are encouraging your friend to instill, not only respect (which he doesn't seem to have), but also responsibility.
