mouseprice.com gies the details of what properties sold for in any street. It's really good and gives other useful info as well from the Land Registry.

you register with your email address and you also get a monthly email giving you prices for the properties sold in teh last month.
It's invaluable - a snooty ex-neighbour of mine was boasting about the price he'd sold it for and making us all feel very little.... now I know he got much less for it!
