Because when a man's penis is erect, pretty much ANY woman will look more "prety" and "beautifull". And when the lights go out, a man will do it with just about any woman.

Hey I am a women and look pretty at day time... Well because t that night that I guess is the one when mens met that women or girl I bet is because they are drunk so when a person is drunk everybody looks beautiful ....

darker light makes anyone look different (maybe better in some cases ) but this has nothing to do with women specifically.
Look at a man now and then look at the same man in the dark, I'm sure you will see a difference.
The subtle lighting hides imperfections that we may FOCUS on in the daylight.

Actually, attraction has much to do with the eyes. Studies have shown that we are more attracted/aroused by dilated pupils. "Bedroom eyes" if you will. At night this is more likely to happen.
Also bear in mind that women try harder for dates. ;)
