I'm 18 years old and I work out fairly regularly, but I don't get enough fruits or other healthy things into my body daily. I also have trouble swallowing large pills, and I'm taking zoloft incase that affects anything. Any Suggestions for a multivitamin??

Flinstones chewable vitamins or look at the store for an adult chewable vitamin. Also take a calcium supplement, and they have the Viative chews(or another brand), so you don't have to swallow pills.

Since u said you have problem in swallowing large pill you can go for liquid like MIM, Chevron. like Forever living product supplementary, GND supplementary their caplet are very small and easy to swallow or if you are good in swallowing food, when ever u want to swallow insert the pills or capsule inside the food that you can swallow at once then you will not find it difficult again. thanks.

There is a link to a free personalized vitamin and supplement profile at
( http://www.reducingstress.net ) It recommends what you should take based on a combination of your age, weight, gender exercise and eating habits.
I tried it and it was really good.
