There's all kinds of ways to tell. For one thing, ferrets are very social creatures. I would say that if they DIDN'T like you they might hiss at you and/or hide. But anything else they do is almost always in appreciation for being taken care of.

you would possibly want to attempt cleansing your ferrets cage and then bathing your ferrets and after wards take a bathtub your self and really wash your hair each and every time. i'd advise that once you wash your outfits use a fabric softener or fragrant laundry cleansing soap and dryer sheets. once your outfits are sparkling placed them in the different room except the position your ferrets are. I guess that your ferrets and your outfits are on your mattress room. Your outfits are choosing up the ferret scent from the room. sure, Febreze might want to correctly be needed besides. i do not comprehend in my opinion if it truly works or no longer, although that's properly worth a attempt. eliminating the scent on your outfits and hair is probable extra of the placement than the scent on your pores and skin. attempt that see if it helps. that's problematical that you'll be able to smell the ferrets because you stay with them. so that you'll favor to ask a reliable pal for his or her honest opinion. do not forget to Febreze the motor vehicle you've driving in too.

My ferrets are not the cuddly type, but they are very playful. I always give them treats when they come out of their cage, so they know I am the one with the treats. They will try to climb my legs for treats! They love Ferret-tone, an oily vitamin-supplement, it's their favorite. Just give your ferret treats at a regular time (everyday), and I'm sure his (or her) sweetness will show.

my ferret is an "old timer" hes about 7 years old and verry friendly but one thing i have learned is whats the difference in the people he likes and the people he dont, take me for example..hes always alert to the sound of my voice and goes out of his way to get my attencion(like scratching at his cage door) he is always wanting me to hold him and cuddle with him, hes always wanting to play and never gets rough with me the most he has done is relaxed his teeth on my handbut never attempts to bite, they r verry alert and hyper acting towars people that they trust and care for. on the other hand my ferret does not like strangers, hes not alert to their presence, sleeps most of the time when some one strange is around, and also has been known to bite a stranger,(he has never bitten me)and he has the tindency to try to get away no matter what it takes from a stranger if they r holding him. so my best answer is watch ur ferrets actions around u and then u will know if he or she likes u

He gets nervous and quiet around you, and talks about you with all his ferret friends.

He will not run away from you, will not struggle when you pick him up and will appreciate that you do not like going to the doctors surgery every couple of months for Tetanus shots and therefore will not bite you, much.
