aish.. like most people - I have let myself down the most... doing things i know i shouldnt, not doing things i know i should, not knowing when to let go, not giving myself enough credit, not having enough foresight etc etc etc...

I never let myself down, even if it happened, I don't penalize myself. People let me down all the time :)
