I've looked in all book shops in my town and in Liverpool and I can't find it anywhere! I can't get it off the internet either because I don't have any ways of paying for it on the internet!

Shame about the net as there are loads of places to get it here...can't someone pay for it for you and you pay them back?? It isnt expensive. Either that or try asking Waterstones to order it for you or even your local library!
