Why do people especially indians attack tendulkar?

tendulkar is the greatest batsman in the history of cricket bar don bradman!! ur not going to see a player like sachin for a very long time!!! so why not enjoy seeing him play while he plays cause he doesnt have many years left in him!!! im not indian but im glad i saw tendulkar play in my lifetime!!! he has done so much for ur country...so he is entitled to have a few failures!!!! same goes for rahul dravid!!! god indian fans are hard to please arent they?? since lara is going to retire soon ....tendulkar is the only one left!!! ponting is great...but he is no sachin tendulkar!!!! even bradman himself said....tendulkar bats just like him and even said sachin is the best he has seen along with graeme pollock!!! so lets just watch and see one of crickets greatest players bat....once tendulkar and dravid are gone....u will regret attacking him all the time and not enjoying watching him bat!!!! as a cricket fan i say please let tendulkar play on until he is like 38!!!!

remember the days when tendulkar flayed the australian attack to all parts!!! mcgrath and warne were taken to the cleaners!!!

Friend, you are just like me. Even I like him a lot and he is my all-time favourite player. I always support him. I enjoy his batting to the fullest. When he gets out I feel really sad, but that doesn´t mean that I would say that he isn´t a great player. People may attack him whenever India loses, but I would never do that. In his early years India use to lose a lot of matches. Whenever I heard India won, I could guess it by myself that he must have scored a hundred (100). So I request all his fan to have patients and please support him. He is nearing his end in cricket, he needs our support.

I can sense that my worst day in my life will be on the day he will retire.

I hope that the greatest batsman on the Earth, name as Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar, would play few years more than expected.

Indian cricket fans, though numbering in several millions, are people who least understand the game. It's a typical Indian mentality to get swayed by the slightest of breezes. Traditionally, there is very little reasoning or logical thinking. It's no surprise that most Indians get swayed by religion, superstitions as well as politicians' promises. Include cricket in the list as well.

The problem with India is that they take freedom of speech to great extremes. They believe it is one right they truly have - never mind if they can't use it responsibly.

It isn't that Tendulkar is viciously attacked by Indians. One match-winning performance and the same people will call him God.

i remeber when he has scored 145 against West Indies couple of months back whole environment was changed, there were questions after questions in his praise .and its not a very old story and now the whole scenario is changed..well i think cricket fans should love these great cricketers in whtever circumstances they are....they are legends and i m sure there will no other Sachin be granted to india Again..he is a god of cricket. Every player can't play to his best all the times....i think peoples should give them some time. they are playing for your country and its the fault of system , their talent is unquestioned

That is the problem of being famous. Once some one become famnous, people expect same performance from him all the time and if he fails, criticism starts, which is very bad.
