That depends on the people their relationship...I wouldn't be worried about time I would be worried about why you would want to remarry so fast....get counseling to figure it out to make positive it's for the right reasons.

Too soon for whom? You or others? Presumably you already have another husband in view but although you love him and no doubt can hardly wait to be his wife, it would be kind to your late husband's family, and respectful to his memory, if you would wait a while. I think I would wait at least a year just for those reasons. I see nothing wrong in choosing to respect other people's sensitivities. If you are on good terms with your late husband's family, perhaps they could help you to honour his memory in some way at your wedding? Perhaps by laying your bouquet on his grave, in tribute and thanks for the happy life you had together? Or alternatively not your bridal bouquet but a wreath. They may not actually wish to attend the wedding, as it could not have taken place without their son's death, but they may appreciate some gesture of love and respect.

It all depends on the person and the situation....if there are children involved, wait until they have adjusted to the situation as best they can....you don't want to put them in a situation where they lose another "parent" so make sure that this person is really someone you want to be with, share your life with, someone you trust with your children and who you want to help raise your children. This is a very important decision so give yourself time to heal and time to know if this is right.....at least a year but longer would be better.....good luck

Grieving is diverse for diverse human beings. perchance your uncle neglected her sooo a lot that he purely mandatory some agency to fill the void. He in straight forward words has a female friend...he hasn't married her yet. It does no longer advise he loves your Aunt any a lot less nor does it advise that he's even "in love" with the female friend. i'll understand why you're disillusioned; despite the indisputable fact that that is his existence & his grief & i do not see it is your position to judge him!!! Your mom hasn't moved on because she hasn't met yet another guy that would want to finish her like your Dad. you're fortunate in that respect. It sounds like you would make your mom's existence depressing if she dared to get a boyfriend!!! that is been 5 years because my husband died & I truly haven't any want as a lot as now; despite the indisputable fact that, if I met a guy who carried out me like he did come the following day, i might want to commence courting the following day. truly, i'm hoping i do not meet him as i'm no longer waiting to have yet another relationship. I celebrate with being on my own!!!

As soon as your heart and soul pernits it. Usually though things like that may take time.
You are the judge and noone else. It's your life and your decisions to make. Just don't hurt yourself by rushing into anything.

I have been shocked at how fast women get re-married.

So I would say to soon was under three months.

whatever is best for you, There will always be people try to tell you what they think you should do, don't let them, they don't pay your bills. I waited 28 yrs, but it took me that long to find someone I wanted
