that chevy has produced a 632 ci motor based on a 302/305/327/350 based block? and if so how they get that much from that block????

NOT TRUE....
Most used CI in a SBC is 454 but is not very usable... But Hardcore Engines is working that out. Next is 427 SBC then down from there.

The 632 Is a Big Block engine that is aftermarket style engine check out a few site's

632 H/P maybe, but the small block cannot be bored and stroked that big. Some body's probably tried it though.

At least, I've never HEARD of a small block with that many inches of displacement....

not out of a small block . they bore the cylinders bigger but not that mutch
