How much it cost to advertise in indian tv channels say(V,AAJTak,NDTV) for 20 seconds?

i mean to ask how much these channels will charge.
Anybody who can give rough idea about making a normal tv advertisement is also welcome.

I would say at least $15k But I would call the stations directly for specific rates.
