We had a fair bit of cloud today in Cebu, but no rain, it was warm and bright with a stiff cooling breeze. It is now 8:00pm and the thermometer shows 86ºF (30ºC).
The weather has altered because of "Durian" that is due to hit Luzon tomorrow in the La Union region.
This is the only time it hasn't been blue sky and burning sun for a couple of weeks.

Manila is sunny. But with the typhoon that's expected to hit the country, it will be rainy most probably by tomorrow afternoon.
