A couple normaly has sex 3-4 times a week but it depends on lots of things. Job problems, health, if they have any kids of not.etc They usually establish their own rythm

Normal frequency provided by nature is once in a menstrual cycle i.e. when ovulation takes place. Humans, however, have made it a pleasure tool and hence it cud vary with person to person and from time to time and age of the person.

The amount of times we NEED it is different to how many times we WANT it. Need = depends on what time of the month :-P. Want= constantly!!!
