Very good, I give it a 75/100 because you are not following the recent Traditional/Advanced formats. You just need one Mystical Space Typhoon, replace the other one with Heavy Storm. Some cards are banned and most of them are not allowed in official turanments or events. So consider these alternative to your cards:
Witch of the Black Forest - Sangan
Change of Heart - Creature Swap
Monster Reborn - Premature Burial
And you might want also to put in 3 Cyber Dragons replacing Swift Gaia the Fierce Knight and the 2 Obnoxious Celtic Guard. Enjoy!

Sorry but your deck is actually really bad. I have to say 12/100. It is not really for competitive play and even for casual play it is pretty bad. I think you are playing without the ban list in effect right? And you could only have one Mst per deck. If you are playing traditional, you are missing many good traditional deck. I suggest you get one of the new structure decks because they are good all by themselves. Too many problems in your deck to point them all out.

hey ppl, instead of telling him what to do just recommend him stuf so hell make his choices if he wants a good deck
- go to www.yugioh-card.com
- or www.netrep.net if u want info. on cards
- find a theme, its the best way to make a good deck, get a stronger monster with that theme and build ur deck arround it ok
- make a 40-45 cards deck
- dont add cards that have little effects like those that destroy the card on the top of ur opponentdeck, or lets u see one of his cards, cuz they take place in ur deck

ninety it particularly is an incredible deck, doesnt desire any fixing different than for pot. maximum decks i'd reccommend a pot for the two drawing and recycling, yet in this deck, it ***** up overload, what's worse than recycling your cybers and jinzos, after which you p.c.. up overload? no longer plenty, yet maximum decks dont particularly have an excellent drawing engine, exterior of trooper and the tonka practice, that's cutting-edge in this build, and if youve ever dueled me, you realize i like drawing, and chimera loves ineffective machines, so i'd drop the pot for a honest polar opposite, card destruction. it will provide you a great upward draw, provide chimera nutrients, and it will completely do away with your ineffective hand, and dont problem, you have mof for a reason, use her.

you can only have 1 mystical space typhoon in yor deck but, except this detail,i think your deck is good. 85%

i give 10/100 the deck sucks i can beat it in my sleep trust me it sucks... but iv seen worse.

you can't have more than one "mystical space typhoon" in you're deck! you have to much defens and not enof card comboes!
