"They were putting all the emphasis on her 4½-octave range, and that's not what separates Jessica from all the rest," Joe Simpson says. "What people really love is her heart." Negative publicity about Jessica isn't a concern, he says. "We're not doing this for the critics. We're doing this for the people on the street."

The New York Times has described Aguilera's vocal range as "striking". In 2003 she placed at number five (third for a female) on MTV's countdown of the "22 Greatest Voices in Music". Additionally, Cove Magazine, an online-only e-magazine on pop music, placed her at number one in their countdown of the "100 Greatest Pop Vocalists", giving her a mark of 50/50 for her vocal capabilities. In the MTV special All Eyes on Christina, John Norris said that Aguilera "has a four octave range". According to portions of the website The Greatest Voices in Music Christina's complete 4 octave range spans from c3-c7, and her abilitiy to frequently sing notes at or above e6 are acknowleged with a listing of songs in which she demonstrates these capabilities.

This is all I found, but I think Christina's is higher than Jessica's.
Hope this helps :)

Octane? Do you mean Octave?
Octane has to do with gasoline.
An octave is a musical interval. An octave is represented by the eight notes that are higher or lower than a particular note. Picture a piano. When you press any key, the eight keys after that one represent an octave, or it can mean the eight keys after.
You can't really assign an octave to a voice. You probably want to know these singers vocal range. Which means you want to know the lowest to highest notes they can sing.
And in that case, I can't help you. But I can help you ask the question I assume you are asking.
I can tell you that Alto is the lowest vocal range of a female singer and soprano is the highest. Both of these women are able to sing soprano, especially Christina Aguilera.
