I was just wondering if alot of clotting when I have my period is normal? And Is it normal for ovulation to be painful more painful then my period! im 17! help!

Painful ovulation and a lot of clotting can simply mean you need to drink more water, and avoid eating junkfood during that time of the month. Avoid caffeine, which makes period pains worse, excersize a little, but most importantly, drink enough water (you should be drinking 8 glasses a day).
