I have a IP address from an email and I want to trace, where from that mail has sent to me. is it possible to trace a location or a City name through a IP?
if some software will need so also tell how / where can i donwload it free.

the goods will have a delivery address and thus ann summers should be able to tell you what that is and thus find out where the criminal is. You don't need the IP address. Just re-read the question he has had them sent to your friend. From an IP the ISP can trace it back to the user who was using it but the police is hardly going to waste time on that as it is not a big crime. Cancel the credit card return the good.. end of story..
