I only remember that one scene ,cockroaches were coming out of one dead body's mouth,but I can't remember the movie,thank God for that :-)

It's not a horror film, but I threw up watching A Clockwork Orange. I was way too young to see it and I had the stomach flu, too.

That autopsy scene was pretty bad but I would have to say movies that have broken bones or damaged eyes or something. Like, High Tension or in Planet Terror (where the nurse broke her wrist trying to open the car).
