Hello,
(I setup a limited company some years ago). OK! its more usual for a person to be struck off than a company. But my understanding of this is that if a company is struck off, it means that company will not be included within a professional register or within a listing of companies recommended to provide a certain kind of service.
For example: an insurance company might strike off a car repairers from their recommended or trusted list. wont recommend them to clients or wont pass business to them any more.
**Striking off usually refers more to individuals like doctors, surgeons, dentists, solicitors, etc.
**The company could be struck off due to bad debits, or non payment of bills it owes to suppliers. But that would be termed blacklisted though.

It ceases to exist, legally. This usually happens when accounts or other documents are not filed. The Registrar of Companies assumes the company is not trading and removes it from the register. (This is only after a number of warnings so will not happen overnight)
If the company has any assets they will then belong to the Crown, or the Duchy of Cornwall in some cases. This follows the principle that any ownerless assets belong to the Crown.

that's a Ltd company. Whats incorrect with the Mccann Supporters? What are some suggesting? That the money is repayment for the loss of their daughter? i presumed it replace into meant for use to locate the baby, nicely you learn some thing new daily do no longer you? in fact what i actually cant understand, is that the families supporters merely wont communicate the "Fund". If the Mccann's are one among these superb upstanding couple, with no longer something to cover, why are we no longer allowed to communicate relating to the money? consumer-friendly people have contributed out of their consumer-friendly income, do no longer you think of there could desire to be some accountability?
