If I had to choose one man walking the earth right now it would be
Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad this man is Evil yet he is very charismatic. The antichrist will try to reach out to all the peoples of the world. He would most likely be of Arab descent and would have a strong desire to destroy Israel. Also that region of the world is where armageddon is said to take place. In the Valley of Meggido. The only thing throwing me off is that many say that the antichrist will appear to be the messiah to Israel but in actuallity will be the great deceiver...the great liar...the false prophet. He sure wants to get a message to the american people though................check this out

The question that you ask, is a great one however the answer to that question is not yet appointed for man to know, and the second part of the Q is if we are left behind?...... well the truth is that , the persons left behind the rapture will Will have to go through a Tribulation Period of 7 years and there like the word of God says that thre will be no where ot run and no where to hide and for the first time we will have the choice to experance what Christ did when God had to turn his back on him when he died , so the only way to get to God after that time will be to be beheaded because of our beliefe in God, but in the mean time ask yourself how do you eat or drink for 7 years while the enemy has control over the earth, so it would seem logical to me that we shouldn't even want to put our self through all that
