When my girlfriend and I have sex more than once in one night, after my 2nd or 3rd orgasm, I get a splitting headache that lasts for about 15 or 20 minutes.

It's because your blood pressure increases when you have an orgasm, so if you orgasm more than once this could be a cause. I'd go to your doctor and ask for a blood pressure check (you don't have to tell him why if you're embarrassed, just tell him you've been getting headaches.) Hope this helps!

I am very unhappy about the suggestion to take Aspirin b4 masturbating. Aspirin thins the blood. Don't do it without doctor's advice. The headache appears directly related to level of tension in orgasm. If it goes away immediately after, i wudn't worry too much. Some young guys have color vision disturbance at orgasm. It goes away as u get older. If this is getting worse then ring doctor.

When a man has an orgasm his brain tells him to sleep men have alot of blood pumping during sex more than one can do that some times

Peripheral vaso-dilation in combination with increased blood pressure causes some inter cranial swelling (very minor) that causes a headache until your body can bring itself back to normal.

The blood rushing back to the brain. When your having the orgasm all the blood rushes downstairs. if you do it several times ina row your body has to equal out and the leads to a head ache

You are probably holding in your breath during the final few moments and when you hit the O. It's affecting your sinuses. No shallow breathing. You need to breathe well even during those moments. It actually prolongs the O. At least for women it does!

maybe you shouldn't drink alcohol before sex, try water 20 mins before.... and make love, dont just have HARD sex, take you time and do it right first time, then you wont NEED to do it two or three times.

DUDE...you probably have high blood pressure. Excitement raises your blood pressure, and usually, people with High Blood Pressure tend to get short but frequent headaches .
