Fo me, the person with one of the best singing voices is Andrea Bocelli. He has an incredibly powerful voice and has the ability to control your emptions through what he sings - even if you may not understand the lyrics.
The duet he did with Sarah Brightman - "Time to say Goodbye" - is an outstandingly good song.
