I'd like to get an Answer to My Question which is reflected by My Avatar. In the USA, any Gasoline Powered Vehicle made from ' 96 to the Present is Required by Law to Conform to the EPA-OBD II Law, which Mandates that all Engines must run at 14.7 Parts of Air to 1 Part of Fuel.No Exceptions, even if Fuel Economy is improved, and Emissions are Lowered.Really! Under this Insane Law, which Al Gore helped to Pass, it is very possible for a Vehicle to Fail Inspection for not Emitting enough Pollution ! If the Vehicle's On-Board Oxygen Sensor doesn't register the "Correct" level of Pollution, it will be illegal to Operate, can be Impounded, and the Driver Arrested! My Avatar is a Photo of a Device I have Constructed that safely Converts Regular Pump Gasoline into what is, for all intents and Purposes, Propane. 100 Parts of Air to 1 Part of Fuel.Even the Largest SUV could get 50 + MPG, and Emit 10 X less Pollution, and it's illegal on any OBD II Vehicle, ' 96 & Newer ! Why ? What I'd Like, for My "One Wish" would be to Expose the Insanity of this OBD II Law. I'd like to Restore, Convert (to Vaporfuel), and Donate Pre-OBD II Vehicles to Charity, starting with the Local Meals-On-Wheels Program.Volunteers Pay Out Of Pocket for all Expenses, the most expensive being Fuel.Even with Gas back to $2.20 , that's still over $40 per Fillup. This could Potentially expose the Greed and Hypocrisy of the OBD II Law. Greed being exposed with Charity ! What a Concept !I'm not the First to Realize this. Far from it ! I believe I'm the First to Light Gasoline Vapor on Fire, to Prove it Works! For even more, go to http://www.fuelvapors.com to find out what happened to Tom Ogle. and "Google" Charles Nelson Pogue. and also check out this special Site; http://energy21.freeservers.com/bookrep.html.And Check out My Yahoo! 360 Page. This will never happen. I'd be Shot on Sight if I ever tried to do this ! I can still "Wish" though.

I would want to be able to speak, read, write, and understand all the languages in the world. Also I would want to be able to preach, and teach under the direct guidance and power of the Holy Spirit so I could help people everywhere understand the workings of God's Kingdom and how to make it work for them.
