Could someone recommed a low-cost automatic testing tool for web applications?

I need to record and then run the suite of tests I've created. I also need a report at the end of the tests that failed.
As you may have guessed the price is an issue, as I already know the most expensive tools available, they are high quality but I can't afford them.

Here is a free one from Microsoft, although it's mainly used to stress test your application:

We use HttpUnit (http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=6550). You'll need to know Java and be able to program to use it though.
