Religions--ALL religions--are blinders people wear, often without even knowing it, which blinds them to the Big Picture that is reality. Instead they only see a small part of the world through a narrow view.

You don't need religion to love; love comes from the heart, not from some ancient book. Truth? Religion will do everything it can to convince you that the fantasies it peddles are the Truth, when they're really little more than fairy tales. Knowledge? Religion abhors knowledge; otherwise, there would be no need for faith.

Try--just try--looking at the world without religion, without any religious precepts or biases. Learn to think on your own and to trust your own judgment and inherent goodness. When you do, I think you'll like what you see.

Once you get beyond religions, you will see that they are really much the same. I'll leave you with a quote to that effect for you to think about:
"...I contend that we are both atheists. I just believe in one fewer god than you do. When you understand why you dismiss all the other possible gods, you will understand why I dismiss yours." -- Stephen F. Roberts

As a Christian, of course I believe that you are seeking the right path, and that is recognizing Jesus Christ as the Son of God. Indeed, your eternal destiny depends upon your doing so. However, in your quest, please be as careful as you can. You know the reasons why. There is no need to become a Christian martyr unnecessarily. As long as you are in that part of the world, conceal your true thoughts and beliefs as much as possible. I believe God is leading you to leave the Arab world and migrate to the West, where you can practice Christianity with greater freedom. Some Christians will disagree with me, and tell you to begin evangelizing everyone around you now. However, Jesus did not tell us to go out and commit suicide. Just be careful and circumspect until you can escape your current environment. May God bless you and keep you, and lead you safely home. You will be in my prayers.

So, LOOK. And, never stop. But, a word of wisdom. In the end you will find that all the love in the world has always been within yourself. "The world needs dreamers. And, the world needs doers. But, what the world needs most are dreamers who can do." BE loving. That is the dream.

You know and feel you're doing the right thing? You have faith in what you're doing? Then keep doing it, and do not allow others to interfer with your freedom to choose for yourself.

Remember that you are the only judge of yourself, and also consider your fellow relatives and try as much as you can not to hurt them in the process of practicing your freedom of choice.

May God keep you and open your eyes to a greater understanding..... in Christ.......

According to Scripture, the kingdom of God is within you.... no one can tell you where it is or how to get there because only God can read the hearts of men......

it is there, within you... that you need to search....

you are individual and no one know you like Him, so no one can tell you what you need..... but, it is within you...... no where else....

What is within you, is the image of God.......

Simple. You need to be happy within yourself. You need to do what you feel is right for you. If you are not happy within, then you will be living in misery.
