It is an ok car. not the fastest car but not the slowest either. If you are looking into buying one of these i would not recommend it. They are very unreliable, and have a large number of documented fires. They have a wiring issue in the main harness that more often than not shorts out and causes engine fires ruining your car. On the other hand though they are a blast to drive. If you are looking for a Fiero like car i would recommend the Mazda Miata or if you can afford it the Honda S2000.

I think thats' a 20 year old car, that will be falling apart if driven everyday.
They were cool cars back in the day, but unless this is going to be a project car of some sort, this may not be the most reliable mode of transportation out there.

Drop a 350 in it and watch the guys who own Civics watch in envy. They were not peices of **** they were just too early for their time. People weren't ready for the European look.
Eff the Northstar. Whats the point in having a V8 with no power? Trust me I know engines and the Northstar is not worth it. Go with the LT1 350.

They were nice looking cars. I think it is too old for every day use. They were not well made and did not hold up well to wear and tear.
If you have one that has been in dry storage for the past ten or so years, and if you limit your driving to sunny Sunday afternoons, you might have a collectible car worth keeping.

Great car but had its issues....
If its been taken care of and cheap go for it....
Kits are made for it to install 350ci are OK
But the newest Kit will help install the Awsome NorthStar V8
Happy Motoring....
