in animals ( we are animals too!) . a pedigree ( pure race) is worth the most money... if you cross 2 pedigree animals ( 2 different pure races) the resulting offspring will be of a hybrid figure ( i.e the mixed race will have more favourable traits than his 2 pedigree parents).. but once it starts going to 3rd and 4 th and 5th generations these offspring will not be worth much as their hybrid figure will have run its course, and any favourable traits are diluted. From this can i conclude that say for example a white man has a child with a black woman the resulting child will be genetically superior having gained the most favourable traits from the mixing of the gene pool. but if the 2nd generation mixed races have children with other mixed races of the same type( i.e black-white) , they will not have genetically as good a hybrid figure as in the 1st generation..?? just food for thought! can anyone with a qualified scientifc background comment on this.. interesting area!!!

from my experience in farming.. the resulting offspring from 2 different pedigrees outshines his/her pedigree parents by a long way.. as the offspring has taken favourable qualities from either side.. BUT if you keep putting mixed race sheep together these lambs will not have as many favourable qualities.. thats why every farmer always keeps pedigree stock....it is usually only the first and second generations that are worth it, and after that you have to go back to the mixing the pedigree stock again...

Okay, first off I don't have a scientific background but I hope you don't mind if I answer this one......
No I don't think that the 2nd generation will not be as good genetically as the first...in fact, surprisingly I think it gets better.
I am a child from a white man & black woman....my husband is a child from a black woman & a part black/white man.
We have three beautiful children which if anything seem to have more white blood and features then black (although our daughter has frizzy/curly hair).
Our older son has aurburn coloured wavy hair, fair skin that bronzes well after being in the sun and grey/green eyes.
Our daughter is fair with dark brown eyes and like I said curly hair & our little boy has light brown eyes, straight light brown hair and again is fair in skin colouring. All three have flawless skin that has a wonderful olive/gold glow to it after being in the sun for a few hours.
Yes, I think the generations get better rather then worse....but that's my opinion based on my personal experience.

I'm very interested in them. Especially pertaining to their genetic makeup. There is nothing unethical about race mixing, neither biblical, biological or moral. It's merely a social issue. If we weren't meant to mix then we couldn't. It's that simple. I enjoy seeing traditional families, it warms my heart but I also get that sweet feeling when I see non-traditional families. It makes me feel that there's still a hope for humanity. That two people of different ethnic groups can get together and have successful family.

Lets start with your first supposition which is that a 'pedigree' is a 'pure'race.
The use of the word 'pure' and then the use of the words 'most money' add to the view that 'pedigree' is good in an almost moral sense.
Now let us consider say, dogs, which have been 'bred' into certain categories by man over the centuries.
Man has bred and bred again and again dogs in order to enhance certain characteristics and now they are shown, exhibited, win prize money and within certain sections of society they have a value. And sometimes quite a high one, they have in fact that word you have used so much. . a pedigree.
But all dogs share a common ancestry and the differences have been bred into them by humans.
They are the result of centuries of 'in-breeding'.
What use is a Pekinese at rounding up sheep? Who would have a Pit Bull in a house with small children? Could you use a Chihuahua to round up cattle? Can you train a Greyhound to do much except run?
The strengths of the dog have been perverted so that many pedigrees only have 'value' to those interested in that particular breed. In the wild they would be useless.
And indeed it has been shown that interbreeding of dogs in a feral situation breed OUT the useless attributes than man has bred in and the survivors progeny quickly revert to that pretty remarkable animal, the wild dog.
I would argue that as an example of the species 'dog' these are far superior to any of the prizewinners at Crufts.
Now, to attribute different values to human races based on their skin colour is not only offensive, it is scientifically unsound, and within living memory your kind of pseudo-science has caused the deaths of millions and the corruption of hundred of thousands, i.e those who did the killing.
So I think your argument is not only wrong and as ill thought out it is peverse and dangerous,

I'll buy into that theory but only to a certain extinct. Human being aren't your ordinary "animal" and genetically superior will get humans in trouble every time.

Humans are quite different to dogs and livestock. Mixed breeding will always be necessary and important, the only other option is inbreeding which as we all know is a very, very bad thing.

yeah this is all part of human evolution ... the mixed genes provide the offspring with a natural advantage .... not sure about how generations of future offspring would be effected ...depends on the father/mother that they choose to breed with i assume .....
due to evolution i believe that one day we will all be the same colour .....

I have seen a documentary on this that showed human racially mixed genes end up stronger; having more immunity to genetically linked diseases. Very interesting indeed, am all for it.

There have been many disputes as whether a mixed race baby is superior or inferior to a white baby. It is very interesting.....
