File a motion assailing the order for you to undergo a psychiatric test on the ground that it is not needed. Cite valid reasons so that you need not pay yhr exorbitant fee.

Yeap you are being railroaded, What your wife wants to due is drag it out and make you spend all you time and take your visation away for years using lies all the time. There are many way to fight this one but it takes money. Another way to fight this one is a little different, it is called reversing the deck, File a motion for support from your wife. If you have a mental illness you can get support. Agree with the court to have the test done. But in your state that your wife will have to pay for it. As a matter of fact state you did not have these problems until she became disfunctional in the bed room. I really blame my wife for all this after her affair. I have been a mess. Yes it is dirty in family court.
Also state you know if i am having to be tested i think my wife needs to be tested the same as she has been having the same problems. And i being a practicial man would consider this court hostal and bies if that was not the order. As i have been accused of a mental illness i now fall under the protection of Federal ADA orders pertaining to matter of alledgement of mental defect or illness. So before i file a complaint with the ADA i want the court to know I believe the law of the federal are to be enforced by the Courts of this State. Also note it is illegal to discrimate on the bais of mental defeat and or alledgement of such. So you can request visiation under the rules of the ADA guidlines. Also do not forget to request that your attornies fees be paid. If she filed for the divorce. Do not go around anyone she knows period. Your court has rules for operation find the rules on the web and study them you will be supprised. Get witness to come to court and say that you have never shown anysign of being disfunction or in anyway a mental case.

Do you have an Court appointed Attorney? You should not be liable for the fee since it is court ordered. It is really very hard to answer your question not knowing all the circumstances.
