Amazingly it is true but still it must have been one of the best massages ever. The reason for the orgasm is becasue just like your private areas yolur foot holds alot of nerve ending so you can be stimulated from there.

yes it is entirely possible to give an orgasm by foot massage, but the foot must be properly inserted.
