I lost 35 pounds in three months ,First quit eating out.. then if you have to prepare food,if you dont love to cook you will do it less..Dont buy snacks..they will keep you at the same weight..do without sugar..or only reward yourself with sugar occassionally when you have lost a few pounds..Eat only high protein foods and good meals..then over a period of a few weeks try doing without the third meal a day ..if you get hungry wrap a hotdog..beef.no carbs in a piece of cheese ..and eat it.. The most important thing is cut the snacks..drink only diet sodas..use artifical sugar such as slenda in your coffee tea etc..and try to sleep more than usual.Oh by the way drink plenty of water..Dont know if this will help you but the wife and I both lost about 30 pounds in that lenght of time and wasn't even trying. The year before we ate salads until we were sick of them and didn't even loose nothing ..and were trying..now..we weren't trying and walla! we lost..Good luck..

That sounds unrealistic. Losing a pound every 3 days will throw your body into starvation mode. When you try to resume a normal eating pattern you will gain weight fast. Also, 5'6" 150lbs is pretty damn good. Especially in America where food is not only the cheapest in the world but also the most advertised. Keep your health in mind.

Hi! First I want to say I think your perfect! You may look to skinny kinda anorexic if you lost 30 pounds! But it is possible! Eat half of what you would normally eat, drink lots of water, and excercise at least 30 minutes a day, and take a multivitamin each day.

You shouldn't lose as much as 30 lbs for your height!

If you want to lose 10 or 15 lbs, then do it steadily and healthily by eating well-balanced, regular meals. and exercise! You can do it in three months, no problem!
