You don't say what you normally do so no idea what is different for you. Here are some things I do in London in the evenings for a change:
Comedy club (comedy store or jongleurs)
Listen to live music (Roadhouse, 100 club, Ronnie Scotts)
Go on an evening London Eye ride
Go to a sushi restaurant
Go to a Karaoke Bar (Lucky Voice)
Go for some classy cocktails (Savoy American Bar)
Go for an evening ladies spa (the Sanctuary)
Watch the entertainment in Covent Garden from a cafe
Go to the cinema in Leicester Square
Go for dim sum in Chinatown
Go late night Christmas shopping (lots of shops open late)
Go to the Opera House
See a musical at the theatre (last minute tickets from TKTS in Leicester Square)
Go to a boat nightclub from Embankment pier
Go on a guided walk such as the Jack the Ripper tour in East London
Go ice skating at an open air ice rink
Explore bars in another part of London i.e. Islington, Hoxton, Canary Wharf, Clapham
