Ohhh ... That's a tough one. You should never read a book thinking you'll get all the answers - they're not really meant to be "life guides" but, rather, literary works that induce us to think about a few particular ideas (of course, one book can contain countless ideas - all depends on what strikes you most about it).
It really depends on what state of mind you're in right now. What kind of questions do you want to think about? Are you seeking spiritual enlightenment? Are you interested in friendships?/Romantic relationships? Or are you curious about how societies should be run?
If you'd like, post more details. I think I have a few good recommendations if you provide me with more specifics ...

There is a series of books written several years ago & unfortunately I only remember the titles: "Conversations with God" books 1, 2, 3. They can be found in the New Age section or equivalent of a book store. Even though they are written for faith they can provide insight into personal life experiences which may help find answers for you. Peace.

The Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy
although you may not like the answer...42! Oops, I gave it away. But what is the question?
What do you get when you multiply six by nine?
Ok, so maybe it's not the most serious book, but the trilogy is tight. all five books of it. By Douglas Adams.

Any book that tackles religious issues be it on Hinduism,Christianity,Islam,Buddhism,Jainism,Sikkhism, etc. The one thing common in all these is that they all expound the philosophy of life, though differently.
