Yes. After you get married you can get an EU Visa for 12 months. Then you have an interview and get a perm EU Visa. Then after 2 years you can apply for a British Passport.

The law was changed some time ago to prevent marriage of convenience.
The Immigration dept may insist your wife goes with you to live in Egypt as you are supposedly the primary provider.
This happened with an English woman that brought her husband from Kenya, immigration would not allow his residence and suggested she go to Kenya.

To get married in the UK you need to have resided in the town you want to marry in for 14 days prior to getting a marriage license. Marrying in the UK gives you no right to residency here though.

You probably can, but need to sort it out through the embassies.
I doubt it'd give you any more ;rights' though - just a marriage and registration there, I would have thought.
