Prescott will never shake my hand. He is one of the few people on this planet who I know will not. He and his cabinet colleagues have made this country hated in the middle east, and that is a legacy we will have to live with for a long time: That is Blair's legacy.

He is known to be a "bruiser", but he has the best interests of the country at heart. Punching that tosser in 2001, did his reputation a lot of good, shagging his secretary did damage his credability abit, but he is a very decent politician, who believes in social justice.

maybe & I'd want to wash it pretty damn quickly too (after checking my wallet).
You'd need to also make sure that he hadn't drained your integrity.
Strange that most of these poiliticians have wet , limp handshakes but I don't want to shake Prescotts hand to check!
My father once told me that a firm handshake showed strong character - maybe that's why few politicians have one.
In truth I have no real knowledge of the guy, although he does seem to be superfluous.
