Can I use multipoint rely (MPR) in route discovery process in Ad hoc on-demand distance vector (AODV?

I would like to infrom you that I am doing research at the department of computer science, pune university, I read the paper title “ Efficient Route Repair Methods in AODV” and I am working now on aodv, Therefore, I have got some questions I hope that you will help me in this matter.

1- Can I use multipoint rely (MPR) in route discovery process in Ad hoc on-demand distance vector (AODV)?
2- How the AODV discovers its immediate neighbors?
3- Can I use hello messages with limited local scope before the route request broadcast to the network in AODV routing protocol?


Notes that: “The use of local hello messages ensures that only nodes with bi-directional links are considered to be neighbors”.

Youre worrying about a topic that is only used in class and has no real-world relevance.

The only way you'll get a helpful answer is someone that had the Computer Science class you did.

I have a degree in computer science and have no idea what youre talking about - and since Ive been "in the industry" for over 12 years....I still dont know what youre talking about
