It should satisfy the target audience. That's all.
Within our country itself, we see so much of differences in the way audiences support movies. The same movie which runs well in South India will bite dust in the North, and vice versa.
So the film should clearly have a specific audience as target and try to cater to them, based on their likes - comedy / music / drama / dance / story / packaging / cinematography etc!

Everybody who acted and those who have not acted and those who are watching the movies.Without these there is no cinema.
