funny, because a fast pursuit that ends in a car accident and kills some innocent pedestrians and you people will be screaming police abuse of authority!! god forbid the cops are white and the pedestrian is black now it's racism

It's a double-edged Katana (pardon the pun) for cops. Not only is it much harder to get a radar or laser lock on a small, fast object with no flat spots, but the odds of a death during a pursuit are much higher, and police look bad when a suspect dies.

Besides, all we have to do is give a quick downshift and we've dropped 30mph, melting into the flow of traffic by the time we pass that roadside cop.

I have also noticed during some obvious "judgment calls" that cops tend to not pull over riders wearing full gear, but they'll nab a squid in a heartbeat. I think they figure if you're responsible enough to protect yourself you know what you're doing.

Still not an excuse to be a squid, though. Don't be a dick.

you're a TOOL!

you're probably that one guy all the bikers stay away from. you know, the guy that friends secretly talk about cause he's a piece of work... that's you!

you make other riders look bad.

anyway, stay safe out there so you can keep making idiotic comments like "im not hard to spot i got a big red Suzuki Katana with a power ranger looking helmet splittting lanes and making noise..." or "constantly making illegal u turns cutting everybody off and laughing about it feels ****** great man!!!!!"

You are a freaken Pretender and here is why.

First off you ride a katana and talk about it like its fast.
Second you are proud of your katana, again because you think its fast.

That is a sports bike like a vespa is a motorcycle.

I would stick with the Katana or better yet get a vespa.
A ZX-14 will kill you.

You are the guy people say is gunna kill himself. people are usually correct about this.

Perhaps it's because the police will get a big rush from scraping your carcass off of 100 yards of the I-5 with a garden spade and tossing your remains into a body bag...tying up traffic in the meantime. Darwin's theory at work here....

Probably because the bikes are too fast, don't let it go to your head, I wasted a bike last summer in my Mustang, 850 H.P., you should have seen the guys face on that ricer when I pulled up next to him at 150 mph waved then passed him, Yellow is a pretty color for your bike, as I watched your jaw drop, and you do a double take ! Tucking down tighter on the bike does'nt help LOL !

Older Police Radar will not work on motorcycles. It takes the newer Laser Radar to get a could reading on a bike.

Good grief.

I thought it usually took 3 shots of Tequila before one got to the 'bulletproof' stage?

I guess testosterone and ego can do the same thing?

Cruisers do just that, cruise, the crotch rockets are harder to catch, but I have seen it happen.
But your kind is the reason the general public thinks that ALL riders are ignorant.

You make us all look bad

Maybe because it is dangerous to try to pull over a speeding motorbike?? Leave the guy alone.
