Despite what some ignorant people have stated it has been done before quite often including the American space programme which before the Shuttle was using pure oxygen atmospheres on all manned spacecraft (including those on which people spent months).

The oxygen partial pressure is what matters and too much oxygen can kill you but you need to go well beyond 1 atmosphere of pressure to die from pure oxygen exposure (though you should make sure everything is fireproof because things burn very well in pure oxygen atmospheres).

Only divers would really get a high enough pressure to be dangerous so the deep sea divers need to mix something else into their air. Usually they use Helium.

No, accept if you're breathing from an oxygen tank.
You can't breath pure oxygen because oxygen is part of a mixture called 'Air'... the mixture of Air is filled with all sorts of other gases...
Even if you're sniffing a plant that's going through photosynthesis... other gases will be still be present...

Yes, in fact carbon monoxide poisoning victims are given 100% oxygen. Also oxygen tanks used by certain patients & divers have pure oxygen.

Well, you could breathe it but it wouldn't be very good for you. It would, paradoxically, cause hyperventilation because it has no carbon dioxide in it. It would upset the ph of your blood.
