I am going to take a stab on the first one: Amanos = Quits because in our country (Philippines), that's what we usually say when we got even with someone.

Example: Amanos na tayo or Quits na tayo (Tagalog) which when translated in English is "We're now even."

As for the second one, I am not really sure but does it mean "Tailor-made"?

What lingo are you in? If it's Spanish, then amanos (with accent on first 'a') means "love us" and medida means "measure". May be Turkish, 'cos there are no Qs or Ts there.
