Because it has become a habit and i find it difficult to avoid it for a day even... so please advice how to stop it..

I have noticed that there is not as much sperm if i do it like once a day. It needs time to be replentished. try and go every other day.

Shagging is okay and does not cause a problem. Sperm will count will rise to normal if just lay off a few days. It is good for you to ejaculate 3 to 5 times a week.

Shagging never reduces sperm production. Sperm cells are continuously being produced. They don't reach some kind of limit. Shagging won't cause impotence. Period.
So shag away to you heart's content and enjoy yourself.

NO it is all a myth.
It is healthy to shagg.
Look your sperm bank in your body is like a glass. If you shagg it gets little empty and body keep filling it up. If you don't then it will over flow and you will have ejaculation on its own also called night fall. that is bad because then your body is trying to throw out something that is excess.
So shagg merrily and enjoy it man.
