Can someone please tell me how to access the part of Nortonthat shows all blocked viruses etc. I am in UK, using BT Yahoo

On the front page, click on Norton Antivirus (left hand column)
Then select "Reports". It will show you the log of all your items which have been quarantined.

Install an anti spyware and scan the PC. I can give a few links that offer free virus and spyware removers...! Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at

norton sucks try panda internet security or McAffe

much more easy to mannage andmore efficace!

in the report section it will have quaretined items, virus encyclopedia etc...
thats will you'll find whats been found as well as the results to your full scans
